Terms of Service

- Payment must be made upfront in USD through Paypal or Venmo only.
*down payments or split payments are available for commissions $300 or greater
- The artist retains the right to display and promote all artwork.
-No AI training, reselling, relicensing, or NFT usage is acceptable.
- The client cannot claim ownership, edit, or profit from the artwork.
- Commercial work is subject to additional terms and a contract in place.
- I am committed to your project. If I cannot complete it, I will issue a refund.
- Communication conducted through DM (Discord preferred) or email. Weekly updates will be provided throughout the project duration.
